Cruising

In 2019, the Racing & Cruising Fleet and the Power Fleet combined to become "The Cruising Fleet". Powerboats, sailboats and or social members are welcome to join this group to have FUN! The Cruising Fleet intent is to provide social gatherings throughout the year. Pictured here is the New Year's Day Back Dock Party. No boat ownership required to join. Just have the desire to have camaraderie in boating & such. Every year for at least 40 years, they have coordinated the annual Catalina Trip. It is usually the last week in July & first week in August.

Between 20-40 boats from MBYC go to Two Harbors and enjoy swimming, hiking, barbequeing, and dingy parties etc.
